Battle of the Books
Battle of the Books, also known as BOB was held in December. BOB is a friendly competition amongst all participating 6th-8th graders. Each year, 10 books are selected and in teams of three to five, students answer trivia questions about each of the books. The top winners in each grade move onto the finals where the top three earn medals as well as delicious snacks! Kids love yelling Mr. Opelia's random words and catchphrases if they answer a question correctly. It's a battle you don't wanna miss!
